During this project, I co-led a team made up of 15 of my peers. We wrote, developed, animated, and produced a 10 minute animation. In order to do this, I was first in charge of assigning individuals backgrounds based off of the storyboards created. I then came up with timelines for the final animation, and assigned animators to specific scenes or actions. I also helped our video editor organize files to ensure they received the correct items for editing. Additionally, I checked in with animators to validate their skills, and assisted the sharing of files and overall organization. Lastly, I created backgrounds, animations, and edited the final product by adding transitions, music, and more.
